Easier booking on your phone

Browse the venue and choose your court with layouts that fit smaller screens.

  • A homepage that fits your phone. The headline stays fully visible, booking buttons fill the available width, and gallery photos and the map use less vertical space on phones.
  • Roomier schedule controls. Date and court filters fit narrow screens, with larger touch targets and court tabs that keep their text readable.
  • Clearer booking review. Totals and payment actions stack on phones. The review form opens below the header, and the selection bar stays out of the way while reviewing your booking.

Clearer branding, booking dates, and payment instructions

Enjoy cleaner Booms branding and staff sign-in layouts, alongside shared booking dates, grouped rates, and consistent payment instructions.

  • Cleaner Booms branding. A transparent brown logo now appears across booking and account pages, centered alongside the header actions, with matching browser and app icons and refreshed sharing images.
  • Responsive staff sign-in. The staff sign-in page keeps the logo compact, centers it on mobile, and fits the sign-in form on smaller desktop screens.
  • Consistent payment deadline instructions. When manual QR payments are enabled, payment settings and booking emails now show the existing fifteen-minute proof deadline, capped at booking start.
  • Shared booking calendar. Manual booking now shows a weekday-aware calendar popover with matching date formatting and styling. Staff can still book beyond the public booking window, while past dates remain unavailable.
  • Weekday and weekend day selection. In Court Management → Special Rates, choose Weekday (Monday–Friday) or Weekend (Saturday–Sunday) to apply one rate across those days. Every Day and individual days remain available.

Clearer booking deadlines and staff access

Manual payment requests release unattended holds on schedule, with clearer management permissions and completion guidance.

  • Fifteen-minute manual payment deadline. When manual QR payments are enabled, submit or correct payment proof within fifteen minutes or before the first reservation starts. Expired requests release courts and rentals automatically; submitted receipts remain held for review.
  • Scheduled hold cleanup. The production application checks overdue manual payment requests every minute, even when nobody opens the booking pages.
  • Owner and admin booking management. Owners and admins manage courts, booking changes, approvals, and payment recording. Front-desk staff retain check-in and read access.
  • Understand automatic completion. The Terms explain that confirmed bookings become Completed after their scheduled time, even without check-in. This does not prove attendance or change payment or refund eligibility.

Payment settings and receipt previews

Upload payment images and save manual payment details more reliably.

  • Spot booked courts. Booked slots now appear in muted red with a matching legend, separate from gray unavailable times in both schedule views.
  • See receipts immediately. Opening a manual payment review automatically displays each submitted receipt next to its reference and decision history.
  • Preview your receipt. Check your selected receipt image before submitting payment proof, open it in full size, or choose a replacement.
  • Save manual payment settings. The main Save changes button now includes payment settings, and clicking the QR or receipt image picker opens the file chooser correctly.

Manual QR payment support

When enabled by the club, pay using its QR and submit a receipt for staff verification.

  • Submit payment proof. Manual QR checkout provides payment instructions, a receipt upload deadline, review status, and correction instructions. It requires club configuration before use.
  • Review and confirm payments. Owners and admins can verify receipts and confirm the full booking transaction, or request corrected proof.
  • Choose the payment provider. Switch new bookings between Maya and Manual QR. Manual configuration appears only when Manual QR is selected; existing transactions retain their payment method.
